Chai,(pronounced “hi”), means “Life” in Hebrew. You may have heard the sentiment L’Chaim, which is a toast that means “to life”.

My Approach

Highly-Certified & Dynamic

As a Licensed Social Worker, I’ve seen the benefits of mixed modalities and like to incorporate a variety of evidence based modalities in my approach to care. I am EMDR trained, IFS informed and have had exposure to somatic experiencing and EFT. I use these modalities to impact attachment wounds, trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Having extensive experience (both personal and professional) I am passionate about parenting and co-parenting support as these journeys can be some of the most challenging parts of adulthood. As a co-parenting specialist, I hold specialization certifications in divorce and co-parenting coaching

Effective & Compassionate

My passion lies with growing and evolving clients. Seeking guidance through a transition or challenging life event is to be admired. I have successfully worked with many individuals in the midst of navigating unforeseen trauma, chronic illnesses (physical and mental), disordered eating, adolescence (the most transformative set of years a human will navigate), divorce, grief, and loss. With a deep awareness & knowledge of how culture and family of origin impacts healing and learning, I take pride in forming connections through a cultural humility framework.
